Yes, however it is a cleaning and damage deposit and it would

10. Sorry, no pets are allowed.

14. Where are you located?
10. We are in the Fisher's Landing area just off McGillivray Blvd.

15. Is the agreement on a month-to-month basis?
10. Yes, we rent on a monthly basis.

16. Do you have washer/dryer or hookups?

Yes, full size washers and dryers are in every apartment.

17. Do carports come with the apartments?

Yes, each apartment has an uncovered assigned space.
10. Reserved covered spaces rent for $15/mo.

18. How much extra parking space is available?
10. There are a total of 350 spaces. There are 186 reserved
10. parking spaces, 96 unreserved spaces and 88 reserved
10. covered spaces.

19. What utilities am I responsible for? Is the heat electric or gas?
10. Tenants pay for electricity which includes heat.

10. How much is the average electric bill?
10. Electric bills can be as little as little as $25/month in the summer with
10. conservative laundry, dishwasher and hot water use or more than
10. $100/month in the winter, which includes heating.

11. How far is the Interstate and Portland, Oregon?

Interstate 205 is about 10 minutes away. I-5 is about
10. 15 minutes away. The Portland Airport is about 15 minutes away.

12. What is the crime rate?

The crime rate around Fisher's Landing is quite low. We occasionally
10. have a bicycle stolen or a car stolen or broken into. The Police drive
10. through the property frequently and the East Precinct is nearby.

13. Where are the dumpsters located?
10. We have 6 dumpsters that are emptied twice a week.
10. They are evenly spaced throughout the parking lot area.

14. Where are the mailboxes located?
10. There are 3 mailbox locations on the property.

15. Are the windows insulated?
10. Yes.

16. Are there phone jacks in every room?

There are two; one in the dining room and another in
10. the master bedroom.

17. Do you respond to complaints about neighbors?

Yes, during business hours we can phone them and post
10. a notice on their door. If the disturbance is repeatedly late
10. at night and they are uncooperative, the Police can be called.

18. Is maintenance available after hours and on weekends?
10. Yes, emergencies are handled by our maintenance staff.

10. answering machine.

19. Is the spa and sauna available in the evenings?
10. In the summer. the pool, spa and sauna are open until dark.
